As an Owner and Chief Financial Officer of ABC Fitness & Nutrition Studio, I am a results-oriented training professional with a passion for designing exercise and nutrition programs that maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and develop an overall sense of well-being. I am a personable trainer with the capacity to coach and motivate clients and create an environment where wellness goals are heard, nurtured, and executed producing lifetime results. I have practical experience and training in leadership, health, and fitness. Areas of strength include teamwork, nutrition plan, fitness program development, and staff leadership.

Regular physical activity is critical to maintain fitness and health. “Fitness expectations” need to be determined on an individual basis whereas “realistic goals” need to be grounded on health-related factors of endurance, strength, flexibility, cardio fitness, and body anatomy.

My name is Kristi Crawford. I have an athletic background, with a special love for basketball, fitness and nutrition. I have always been involved in fitness whether it be playing basketball, training for the season or just staying in shape. I was a four year letter winner at Talladega College. I was a member of the Women Basketball Team. After graduation I played professional basketball in the ABL as well as in Germany. I realize the importance of exercise and nutrition which developed into a love for training. I am a motivator by nature and my goal is to assist others in reaching and maintaining their goals. I believe anything is possible if you believe and stay focus. I push my clients to believe they can do things they never thought was possible. This starts with a renewal of the mind and a CAN DO attitude.

Taquilla’s love for fitness and living a healthy life style stemmed from being a former collegiate and professional basketball player. She has been involved in fitness for over 10 years. She has had the pleasure of working with all different types of people at different fitness levels. Whether you’re inexperienced with exercise, in a more advanced stage of training, or just coming back from an injury, Taquilla, will use her exercise science background to provide you with optimized training that aims to correct asymmetries, enhance performance in desired activities, prevent future injuries, and improve quality of life to assist you in obtaining your health and fitness goals.

My goal is to provide you with a fitness program that will help you achieve your fitness goals. With one on one coaching, motivation and instruction sessions that will take you from underachieving to exceeding your expectations. My name is Regiena Brown. I have been active my entire life. Fitness have always been a part of my life. I am an athlete. I had a full basketball scholarship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I always wanted to be involved with helping others reach their goals. I am very passionate about being in the best health possible. Currently, I specialize in helping clients start a new path by implementing different personal fitness and meal plans. I always encourage my clients to eat clean and to work out. I was a member of the University of Alabama at Birmingham Women's Basketball Team. I am a Four-Year Letter winner for the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After graduating, I played Semi-Professional Basketball (Exhibition). I was a member of the NWBL League for the Birmingham Power Basketball team. I played abroad on Professional Basketball team in Limerick, Ireland (UL). My gift in life is to ensure people are living a long, healthy and enjoyable life. I enjoy working with anyone seeking to become better versions of themselves, no matter what your goals are. It does not matter if you are an experienced athlete or someone stepping into the gym for the first time, I will help you get to your goals! With me, you’ll get the knowledge and support you need so that you’ll feel empowered to keep reaching your health and fitness goals. As we begin your personalize exercise program, you’ll experience all the benefits of fitness and nutrition-lean muscles, reduced body fat, better focus, and increased energy.
